However, we highly recommend bringing an umbrella or rain jacket for boarding and disembarkation at the wharf.In the unlikely event that a cruise is unable to operate due to severe weather or safety concerns, customers will be notified in advance.- If your selected cruise cannot go ahead you will be notified and we will endeavour to secure you a suitable alternative booking. Full Refunds will be made for cruises cancelled by the boat should no suitable alternative booking be found.We assume no responsibility for illness, injury or death associated with any of their events.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬Things to Remember:- Please allow yourself plenty of time to get to the wharf, Vivid is a busy period & it is advised to be at pickup location 20 minutes early.- There will be no refunds or change of slots, if you missed the booked boat slot.- Cruise times include boarding time and disembarkment.- Everyone requires a ticket (Kids Tickets are not free, you will not be allowed to board the vessel if child doesn't have a ticket)- Prams are allowed (You will need to fold them before taking them onboard with you)- No Wheelchair Access- It is not a BYO - You can not bring your own Food & Drinks onboard.- No pointy heels allowed, chunky heels are fine.- Limited Seating - First Come First Serve onlyPlease note - With an exceptionally high demand of tickets each year, we cannot guarantee any last minute spots (if you or friends miss out on buying in advance), please make sure you have purchased your tickets as soon as possible.Please note - Open Air Decks are used as Lounge area and have capacity limits. Whole capacity (165 people) of the boat cannot be on the rooftop all at once, due to safety reasons.
